Our spacious home is centrally located, only minutes from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, the perfect place for an amazing getaway with family and friends.
We tried to create a clean space, where our guests will feel comfortable and entertained.

***Spa heating is by request, and must be requested 24 hours prior your arrival.
***Spa heating has a charge of $50 per day
(Fees are per day and must be paid for the entire duration of the reservation)
Keep in mind that due the current outside temperature the spa may take a while to reach the desired temperature.
Please keep in mind our pool and spa are outdoors, this means it is exposed to the elements such leaves falling in, debris blown in by the wind, rain, algae formation, etc. We ask that you and your guests please treat the space with respect as well as our neighbors.
Quiet hours are 10pm -8am. ( No exceptions)

Other things to note: For your security, safety and quiet enjoyment, there is camara surveillance in the front and back yard with noise monitoring devices. This is a city requirement.
Like with every house , regular maintenance is required, for this reason you may see a landscaper or a pool guy around the house sometimes during your stay.
