One Ski Hill Place is a slope side resort operating year round at the base of Peak 8 just steps from Breckâs famous ski runs. The BreckConnect gondola whisks you into town or to the adjoining ski slopes. Peak 8 accesses Green, Blue and Black runs. This is a premier proprty of Breckenridge and the experience all encompassing. In addition to managing this unit my husband and I also own a 1BR/2 Bath condo across the hall. Great for friends or families together but prefer separate accommodations! Our other BreckCondoWithAView condos are The Village at Breckenridge (#3706) complex and Trails End complex (#408 & #406).

Because you are renting directly through us and not the resort you do NOT have to pay the 13% Resort Fees. You still have access to all the amenities with the exception of Room Service or charging items to your room. Please keep in mind that our management company will be your "Front Desk."
Our management company for key pick up/drop off is off site about 8 minutes from the condo on Main Street, Breckenridge but we have plans to install a coded door lock this fall so guests can go directly to the resort for their keys.
There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance issues, locked out, etc) they will provide those services to you. A midweek clean is required every 7 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $105. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $105. Please let us know ahead of time.
Seasonal Closures for Aquatics Center
No animals of any kind allowed due to owner allergies.
We have partnered with several local businesses for discounts. Guests will receive information in the online Guest Welcome Book that is emailed after booking.

There's a saying in Texas, 'I wasn't born here but I got here as fast as I could.' Well, we feel the same way about Colorado. We would find ourselves coming back to Colorado year after year and Breckenridge always seemed to top our list. It has a little bit of everything one looks for in a mountain destination. Historical charm, great mountains and views, amazing restaurants and shopping, tons of activities for not only adults but kids too. Not to mention easier accessibility from both Denver and Colorado Springs, with less major passes to overcome than with Vail. It was the logical choice for us to choose a place where we could create family memories during the four beautiful seasons Breckenridge has to offer and we are delighted to be able to share our mountain hideaways with you too.
