Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

As the sun sets, sink into the hot tub beneath an endless sky of stars or gather around the fire pit with loved ones. Here, seclusion and comfort combine to create a space where you can slow down, explore, and reconnect in the scenic foothills of Bailey, Colorado.

Sleeping arrangements
This cabin accommodates up to 11 guests with four bedrooms and eight beds. The upper level features a secluded master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony offering expansive mountain views. Two additional bedrooms provide a second king bed and a queen bed, while the bunk room includes twin bunks suited for families or groups. Extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades ensure restful nights, and three full bathrooms provide convenience for larger parties.

Indoor spaces
The living room is designed for gathering, with an oversized sectional, a 70” Smart TV, and a cozy reading nook framed by large windows. A bright great room connects seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen, creating an open setting for meals and relaxation. The main floor bathroom also includes a washer and dryer, adding ease for extended stays.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen comes fully equipped with essentials for preparing meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with dishes, silverware, and glassware. Guests can enjoy meals at two dining tables, a breakfast bar, or with coffee from the stocked coffee station. Small touches like a toaster, baking sheet, hot water kettle, and wine glasses add to the convenience.

Outdoor living
Step outside to enjoy fresh air and mountain views. The patio is furnished for relaxation, with a BBQ grill and utensils for evening cookouts, while the fire pit offers a gathering place at the end of the day. The hot tub provides a space to unwind, whether under a midday sky or late at night beneath the stars.

Entertainment & family features
Across the driveway, a converted historic barn doubles as a game room, complete with a foosball table and open space for fun. Inside, board games, a pack ’n play/travel crib, and a high chair make the home welcoming for families. Babysitter recommendations are also available for added convenience.

Comfort & safety
Heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans keep the space comfortable throughout the seasons. The property includes exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided.

Connectivity & services
WiFi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected if needed, while contactless check-in with a keypad ensures a smooth arrival. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street, and a nearby laundromat adds another option for longer stays.

This cabin combines the quiet of a mountain retreat with the conveniences of a fully equipped home, offering a peaceful setting where gatherings, exploration, and relaxation come naturally.

Open fires on the property are strictly prohibited by the county due to wildfire risk.

This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!

Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!

While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.
