Large windows by the dining table offer beautiful views of the lake and set a stunning backdrop for meals. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and a suite of appliances – perfect for whipping up everything from hearty breakfasts to gourmet dinners.
With four comfortable bedrooms, everyone in your group will have their own cozy corner to relax. Bedroom 1 features a luxurious California king bed and lake views, while Bedroom 2 is equally inviting with a queen bed. Two queen beds in Bedroom 3 and a twin over queen bunk bed in Bedroom 4 are ideal for families. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
The outdoor space is where Lakefront Haven truly shines. Your private dock and beach make it easy to dive into lake activities, from paddling out in one of the provided boats or lounging in the sun. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is a queen-size sofa bed in the living area.
- Guests may use the two paddleboards, rowboats, and canoe provided, but must wear the life vests from the white marina box and return all items to the storage rack after use.
- Please note this home does not have air conditioning.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.
- Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable.
- Boat buoy available to rent for $125/day (requires signed liability waiver and is subject to local regulations).
- Please note, construction is still ongoing next door, though nearby projects are nearing completion.

- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
