Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

AGE CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS

✔ A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.

SECURITY CAMERAS
✔ Street-facing camera is installed for safety one camera that only shows the front yard and walkway. Porter discloses all cameras but does not monitor or access them.

LIMITED ACCESS AREAS
✔ The garage contains a covered vehicle that is private and not part of the rental.
✔ A small locked space above the laundry room is not accessible for safety reasons.
