If an adults-only spa day is in your future, the Lodge of Four Seasons is close nearby where you can spend all day pampering yourself, capping things off with a delicious romantic dinner. Golf enthusiasts will find plenty of challenging courses to practice their swing on such as The Ridge, Osage National, and the Oaks at Margaritaville, all offering challenging fairways set amongst the lush backdrop of the surrounding landscape. No matter the reason or the season, Highland Lake View is the perfect fit for all your vacation needs!



Guests of the home will be able to take full advantage of the seasonal community swimming pool, the best way to beat the heat during the summer months while enjoying all the sights and sounds of the lake. When you need a break from the action or to enjoy some quiet downtime, head inside the condo where open and well-lit spaces welcome you to relax and unwind. Sink into the plush living room sofa while you catch up on episodes of your favorite show on the smart TV. An electric fireplace will keep you warm and toasty during the cooler nights, creating the right ambiance for a family movie night. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals right at home, with ample cabinetry available for food storage. Gather together for formal meals at the dining room table with seating for 4 or hop up to the counter and enjoy afternoon appetizers on the high-top stools. In the mornings, enjoy your fresh cup of coffee out on the screened-in balcony, overlooking the peaceful views of the water as you plan out the day’s activities.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a, single vanity, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles.

• Fifth-floor unit accessible by one flight of stairs from ground-level parking. Please note: No elevator is available in the building.

• A mattress pad is provided for the pull-out sofa bed, ensuring a comfortable sleeping experience.

• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
