Sandy Shores 206 did not disappoint. The unit was beautiful and clean, the beds were comfortable and the facility was awesome, beautiful pool right on the beach. Even though the condo is not on the beach side, there was a really great view from the balcony of the beach and water. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Maderia Beach. It is in such a great location, we only had to drive a few different times as so many activities and restaurants were within an easy walking distance from the building. The only thing I would change is how slow the elevator is, but staying on the second floor, it easy to use the stairs if needed.

The rooms were very clean and the host was very nice, it was a last-minute place we had booked at yes sandy Shores right across the street from John’s pass and when we got there, they had no pass code for us to get in so needless to say we had to find another place last minute and sunset Vista helped us big time. I appreciate everything they did. Our room was very clean. It was very nice staying there.

The location of this condo building was great. Right across the street from John's Pass, making it easy to get to with kids. Plenty of shops and restaurants. When we arrived, we quickly found out that the elevator wasn't working and it didn't work for the entire week we were there. In talking with other renters, it sounds like it had been out of order for awhile. So, we were left with having to lug our suitcases to the second floor along with our two young children. This also made it difficult when going to the beach with all of our beach gear. The stairwell was narrow, so when you came across other people, someone had to wait on the landing while the other person passed by. Bringing up groceries was another inconvenience. The common areas (hallways) could use some freshening up. They seemed dark and kind of dingy. There were several different codes to use throughout the property and half the time they didn't seem to work properly. This unit is directly next to the pool of the condo building next door. It was noisy at night with people in the pool and the constant hum of the pool equipment. The sheets were stained when we arrived and a few utensils were dirty, but otherwise the unit seemed clean. I wouldn't rent this particular unit again, but would stay in the building itself again due to it's location.

This was the perfect location for our fall break trip. Loved having coffee with a view of the beach and ocean. We got to see dolphins and manatees! The condo was beautiful. The location was great. We will stay again but I wished we would have known about how to get into the complex before we got there. The first couple of days we were making U turns to get in. The balcony really needs some lighting. Also wished there was a hot tub at the pool. (I know out of your control.) First family vacation!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The convenience, courtesy, and cleanliness of our VRBO exceeded our expectations. I can’t say enough! We loved our stay here!

Great location, all the amenities you could ask for and the property owners were very responsive for details about the check in process and while we were there! Very clean! Location is perfect / easy beach access and John’s pass being right across the street was great! Will definitely stay again.

Nice Property

Property was exactly as described. It was perfect for our short getaway. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the communication prior to check-in was great.

Property was very nice !! Everything that the pictures and ad described . The resort is working hard to recover from last years damage but their hard work is paying off . I talked to a couple maintenance guys that were there working every day and let me tell you they are busy with getting the grounds back in shape and landscaping . The beach was very easy access and the pool was open and looking good . Great time and we would definitely stay here again .
