✅ We maintain the safety and security of our guests; before or after completing your booking, you must provide some basic information for screening and verification purposes.

✅ We offer flexible check-in and check-out. Please notify us in writing of these requests so we can check availability. Extra charges may also apply for early check-in and late check-out.

✅ Upon arrival, we provide a starter pack of consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, bin bags, and cleaning products) to get you started.

✅ Treat our place with care. Any damage to the property or its furnishings beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the guest responsible for the booking.
- Guests must mention if they will bring in any visitors. Additional fees will be applied if visitors are going to be brought. If not mentioned, the reservation will be cancelled.

- There will not be a lifeguard on duty at the pool.
