Das Sandy Cabana ist eine Hälfte der einzigartig eingerichteten Privathäuser, das Sandy Seahorse Cottage. Es ist die perfekte Zuflucht in den Tropen von Siesta Key. Diese Eigenschaft kann separat gemietet oder kombiniert werden, um eine große Party unterzubringen! Diese Seite des wunderschönen Strandurlaubs schläft bequem 6. Das Anwesen wurde kürzlich mit neuen Möbeln, Bettwäsche und mehr aktualisiert! Wenn Sie in Verbindung bleiben m��chten, gibt es 3 Flachbildfernseher, Kabelfernsehen, kostenloses WLAN und ein Telefon.

Dieser 3BR / 2. 5BA geräumige Grundriss beinhaltet ein Kingsize-Bett [für 2 Personen], ein Queensize-Bett [f����r 2 Personen], 2 Einzelbetten (für je 1) und ein Queensize-Luftbett (für 2 Personen) und kann daher bis zu 8 Gäste (maximal 6 Erwachsene). Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und Sie können eine stapelbare Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Innenbereich sowie eine in einer privaten Veranda abgeschirmte Küche genießen. Der Pool ist umgeben von hohen Kiefern, tropischen Palmen und bl��henden Blumen der Saison, um Schatten und Ambiente zu bieten. Neben Liegestühlen und Picknicktischen mit Sonnenschirmen genießen Sie die Sonne Floridas.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, nur 1, 5 Blocks vom Point of the Rocks-Strand und dem wunderschönen wei��en Sandstrand Crescent Beach entfernt. Es ist nicht nötig, überall mit weniger als einer halben Meile Entfernung zu tollen Geschäften, Bars, Restaurants, einem Lebensmittelgeschäft und einer Apotheke zu fahren, die sich alle im Viertel South Village-Crescent Beach befinden.

Great stay

Our family enjoyed our recent stay at the Sandy Cabana. The house was on a quiet street, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. It was recently updated with lots of wonderful amenities. Hope to stay again next year with the family.

Perfect little getaway

The property was nice and clean. The pool was refreshing but the mosquitoes we a bit heavy. The beach was close and they had everything we needed to enjoy our trip.

Siesta key getaway

Property overall was excellent. Great location with short walk to the beach. Property needs some painting of bathrooms and updating in kitchen. Pool was big issue. Pool people only came once a week. We had urgent issue with pool and regular maintenance person was sent. Whenever we had a concern however, someone was there very quickly.

Perfect Spot on Siesta

We got so lucky finding this spot! This duplex is tucked in a neighborhood and is a 3-minute walk to the beach. So convenient! We loved having the beach caddy and chairs and the pool was great, too. There are several restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance and the house has bikes to use as well! We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay!

The location was excellent with easy access to various beaches. Our house was within walking distance to Point of Rocks Beach and the drive to Siesta Beach was a few miles. Enjoyed the sun and relaxing time spent at this home. Having all of the essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, soap, etc.) provided upon arrival, along with the cupcakes for a welcoming treat, is a great perk. Loved our stay - wish it could have been longer!

Perfect get away!

The duplex was super clean in a great location. Very short walk to the beach. The pool was small but perfect for my two kids and my niece. I called management to clean the pool because of the rain it had too many leaves, I left to the beach thinking they would come the next morning, to my surprise management called their pool company and they came with in the hour and came two more times early in the morning making sure the pool was clean. Also my sister brought her pets and they have a pet cleaning service in the middle of the stay. I would recommend this place. Definitely will be back next summer.

Memorial Weekend

We had a fantastic stay, everything was just as described on the listing. We asked for a late checkout, they granted without a problem. We will definitely be back to soon!

Adequate but over-priced

We thought the unit was over-priced for location and services provided. Guests are requested to wash and fold towels and wash a load of sheets to assist housekeeping. This is not a lot of effort given that there is a stackable washer/dryer in each unit. However, it is unnerving to think that the cleanliness of your sheets and towels depends on the cooperation of the precious guest. Why not use a linen service? The unit is located about 1.5 blocks from the public access beach. We could have rented two smaller units closer to the beach for what we paid for this one.

We strive to provide the highest level of service and accommodation to all of our guests. On busy turnover days, we do ask our guests to start a load of towels before departure. We will look into how we are wording these instructions to alleviate any future issues or concerns. Our cleaning crews and inspectors do separate quality control checks after your departure to ensure all linens and towels meet our standards.
