With seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, the property comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests (or 20 with little ones) while offering generous space for both connection and privacy.

Red Barn Ranch is a gated, park-like property composed of three distinct spaces designed to create both comfort and flexibility for groups.

Main House – 6 Bedrooms | 4 Bathrooms

The main residence is a spacious single-level home with modern rustic design, welcoming gathering spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen suited for shared meals or private chef experiences. Large living areas and smart TVs throughout provide comfortable places to relax between adventures.

*The main house is single-level with no entry stairs, making the property comfortable for guests of all ages.

Industrial Mini Mansion – Detached 7th Bedroom

This private guest retreat offers a queen bedroom, kitchenette, full bath, and a 60" smart TV lounge — perfect for couples, grandparents, or guests seeking a little extra privacy.

The Red Barn Game Hall – 2,200 sq ft

A signature feature of the property, the barn blends rustic character with entertainment. Guests enjoy arcade games, pool table, air hockey, shuffleboard, side-by-side basketball, giant Connect 4, and a sound system ideal for movie nights or relaxed gatherings.

Seasonal Heated Pool

From March through May, the pool can be heated to approximately 80–82°F for comfortable swimming (weather dependent).

• Pool heating available for $100/day (2-day minimum)
• Please confirm heating at least 5 days prior to arrival
• Pool requires approximately 24 hours to reach temperature

A thermal pool cover helps retain warmth and improve efficiency.

Spa

Two consecutive hours of spa heating are included daily.

Additional spa heating is available for $25 per hour.

Most guests enjoy the spa after dinner, a day of wine tasting, or late-night game tournaments in the barn.
