Escape to this pristine, private-side Lake Anna home tucked in a quiet cove—perfect for floating, swimming, and relaxing. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there’s plenty of room for family and friends. Wake up to stunning water views and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the full-length screened-in porch.

The large boathouse with a covered slip is ready for your water adventures, and sunning decks make it easy to soak up the sun. Step outside to the fire pit on crisp nights or toast s’mores with your group. The house is also a short walk to a common area for convenient boat launching.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Queen Bed w/ Private Bath

Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Queen Bed

Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Two Queen Beds

Additional Space (Lower Level): Queen Bed

Booking Requirements:
Guests must be 25+ years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the full stay, per local laws and HOA rules.

Trust & Safety

Your peace of mind is important! The property is covered against guest-caused, accidental damage through the Safely Protection Policy, included in your rental rate as the Trust & Safety Fee.

Coverage includes up to $3,000 ($0 deductible) for contents and $12,500 ($2,500 deductible) for the dwelling.

Any costs beyond these limits or non-accidental/unreported damages are the guest’s responsibility. Payment will be processed using the form of payment on file.
