Outdoor: 
Send the kids off to the pool and grill up some lunch on the built-in barbeque while enjoying some cocktails at the barbeque bar with seating for four. Enjoy those fresh burgers al fresco at the dining table with seating for eight or at the seating area for six. Relax by the pool in one of the six loungers before jumping back in the pool. Challenge your group to one of the many outdoor games, such as giant Jenga, bowling or the classic bean bag toss game. Relax after a fun-filled day next to the pool while admiring the desert-themed mural under the party lights. Send the kids off to bed, wash the day off with a nice soak in the spa, or enjoy each other's company around the fire pit with seating for four.

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 70-inch Vizio Smart television and natural gas fireplace with comfort remote-controlled ceiling fan. Beat mom or dad in a two-on-two game of Foosball. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for eight. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is next to the living room and features a King-sized Bed, a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 65-inch Samsung Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower and his and her vanity sinks and a makeup counter.

Bedroom 2 is across from hallway bathroom 2 and features a King-sized Bed, 44-inch LG Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 is next to bedroom 2 and features two Full-sized Beds, 44-inch LG Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 is next to bedroom 3 and features a Full Over Full with Twin Trundle Bunk Bed, 44-inch LG Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Challenge your friends and family to a tournament in 9-ball in the attached game room. My money is on grandma!

Hallway bathroom 2 is across from bedroom 2 and features a soaking tub, tile shower and a vanity sink, and powder room 3 is across from the laundry room and features a pedestal sink.

Location: Copacabana is in one of the best locations, just off of Avenue 48, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just a short drive from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
