Hi Mary, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Sorry to hear that you guys ran out of hot water. Because it is a traditional home and it has a 40 gallon hot water heater, which is standard in Georgia for 3 1/2 bathroom home. The great news is the hot water heater is brand new like everything else in the property. I'm wondering if the large capacity washer for laundry was being run at the same time and perhaps the dishwasher. It's unusual for people to run out of hot water, but if it was a larger group, I could see how that could happen or someone taking longer showers than others either way it's duly noted and we will keep an eye on it with future guest. Hey Will, I hope you and your family are well. I was so happy that you reached out to me during your stay and let me know your need for more pots and pans in addition to the full set that's provided at the property and that you allowed me to fulfill that need expeditiously by bringing more to the property within minutes. We certainly will add more. And a towel warming rack is on order. Thanks so much for saying safe travels.

Our property is in Downtown Covington Just 1 point 2 miles from the square,as described in our listing. Our listing never says it's in walking distance because people book from around the world and of all ages and capabilities and disabilities.. So we would never say someone could walk. So that's complete untruth that you've written. Another untruth that you have written. is that the chairs were put together backwards. They are not. That is not something you could speak to because you do not and did not have the instructions and you we're not there putting the chairs together. And the chairs are put together just as pictured in the photos, not backwards. Your review is a complete untruth.Regarding the plush microfiber towels, they are a favorite of most of our guest. And we even share the link with them directly from our Amazon associate account because they're so popular.. As far as the ample porch with a loveseat and two chairs for seating and a table. You spoke of the configuration. That's something that you could move and it is a personal preference. In addition, all Wi-Fi codes, guidebook and check out instructions are in our welcome portal which you were instructed to sign in to upon your arrival. It was in the same message that gives the access code. You did not follow set instructions and.never checked into the welcome portal.The home is located in a historic district in downtown Covington and just like all the homes on the Square were renovated and we're not always in the current condition. This home has been faded top to bottom. And are continuing the trend to make all of downtown Covington a wonderful experience for all of our guest from around the world. Most of all your tone was aggressive and rude when I called to assist you. Because it seemed you did not like the sound of my voice. And at that moment, I realized you would be giving us a negative review not based on anything other than what you're assuming I look like.. We would not welcome you back to our property.
