Located in the Branson Hills Golf Resort, this stately 2-bedroom condo places you in a desirable secluded area just north of the city, where you’ll find award-winning golf. Guests will be able to take full advantage of the seasonal outdoor swimming pool for unforgettable days in the sunshine. Branson Landing is just a mile and a half away, placing you within a short drive of shopping, dining, theme parks, and live shows. As you make your way toward the iconic Table Rock Lake, be sure to set aside some time to stop at the many family-friendly attractions that line the drive, including the fun and educational Aquarium at the Boardwalk or the nostalgic theme park of Silver Dollar City. However you plan to spend your day, it’s guaranteed to be filled with fun and lasting memories!



At the end of long days exploring, head back to the home for rest and rejuvenation in spaces expertly curated to maximize your connection and time spent with loved ones. The living room offers plush sofa, armchair, and recliner seating for surfing the channels on the TV or queueing up a movie for a cozy night in. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a 3rd floor unit with 36 steps to the front door. An elevator is also available for guest convenience.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.







This enviable location puts you just 10 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
