This place worked great for our corporate retreat. The amenities were good! Since we cooked all of our meals at the home, it would've been helpful if there was more counter space, and another dishwasher. Also, the hot water didn't work one morning but Maintenance was quick to arrive and fix it. Thanks for the awesome space and service!

This property was wonderful! So beautiful and modern. The pool is better than the photos. We asked them to clean it at one point since it got a bit cloudy from a lot of people being in it and they did right away.

Good value for large groups on a budget

The property suited the specific needs of our large group well and at a price that mathed well compared to hotel rooms. The interior finishes (furniture, doors, cabinets, fixtures) are budget quality and the finish work is rough in some areas where doors may not close properly, trim work not finished super well, and general cleanliness is average. Written communication with the property owner/manager was confusing if not difficult at times. All in all, things worked well for our very specific large group needs (13 adults each requiring their own sleeping space) and we accomplished the work meeting priorities we needed to.

So glad the 13 adults in your group got to stay in an estate very few could ever afford (only 1% of all Americans according to the last National Home Builders Association 2024) for much less nightly than you would have paid for multiple hotels rooms. I have a net worth of over 25 million and love the home, finishing and furniture. I personal think it is one of the nicest overall vacation estates in the whole USA especially for large groups for anyone smart enough to look at the completely accurate pictures. Find your critiquing quite hilarious and unintelligent to be very honest. Sorry for my honesty. But as one of the largest owners in the country. We really don’t need or want every reservation. Great outdoor space

Stayed for a family gathering. Outdoor space is very nice with lots to do. The bedrooms are very small. Upstairs bedrooms difficult for older people to access tricky stairs. Limited kitchen supplies. Worth noticing the host adds lots of several additional costs like heating the pool, propane for fire pit, high chair. We were not provided the correct door code and was difficult to reach someone. Despite stating we were charged for additional people for trash services we arrived to full trash cans.

Caroline, yes the 4 million dollar estate has many items to do outside for your large group of 24 trying to minimize your travel costs and getting a ridiculous last minute special. To bad you can't read, look at accurate pictures or have such limited funds. as one of the largest owners in Scottsdale we really do not want to rent to everyone. Now that rates are accurate (not the last minute deal your group of 24 got) we will rent to a better clientele that can afford to heat the pool or buy propane or rent a highchair and understand the value they are receiving. You were also never paid for trash removal. Amazing how incredibly simple some guests can be. Scottsdalestays

Not quite to expectations

The outdoor space is amazing. We enjoyed most of our stay on the patio and backyard. Admittedly, we didn't read through all the fine print and were hit with extra charges for heating the hot tub, pool, renting sports equipment and propane about 10 days before our stay. The in ground spa in the pictures is actually not the "hot tub" oddly enough. There is a dirty above ground hot tub on the patio. The finish work, furniture, included amenities and cleanliness of the home were not up to par for the price point. The worst part was the communication with the host. The messaging communication was difficult and made us feel like they really didn't care about our questions. Responses were snarky and opinionated, much like a few of the owner review responses on here. (No delay in sending pay links for all additional charges though)

The estate is absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best in the world for larger groups. Too bad YOU never took the time to read the short detailed description or called customer service for anything during your stay. Your group paid a little over $100/night each when any comparable hotel in this area was $1000-$1500/night. So in reality you save $15,000 a night and stay in an estate usually only affordable for the top 1% of the population (National Home Builders 2024 Report) Then leave a 3 star review because YOU DID NOT READ the description when you booked. As one of the largest owners in the country we are crystal clear about everything in our description. We also get 95% 5 star reviews from our regular client (that read) for over 15 years now. But amazing how the 5% who leave these poor reviews are all exactly the same kind of people (based on the experience of the 100,000 guests we have hosted) Scottsdalestays

Family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our large family gathering (17 adults/ teens). Everyone was so happy to get good rest with all the beds/ bedrooms. The layout of the home allows for quiet sleep areas, even when others are still playing games or watching a movie. The highlight for us for sure was the amazing backyard. It is spacious and just like the pictures. Everyone enjoyed the large pool and waterslide, and there was an ongoing pickleball, cornhole, or basketball tournament going the whole stay. The hanging outdoor lights add ambience at night, and the large firepit was a great to gather on the cool evenings. There was plenty of tables indoor/ outdoor for large group eating which was great. We used the Blackstone grill most meals. Plenty of pool lounge chairs. Could use some more outdoor cushioned/ comfortable seating for a home that size/price.The place was very clean on arrival, and host was helpful and responded promptly to our needs. We had a question about the pool heater, and someone from maintenance came over to help us right away. Some of the rooms are small, but that did not impact our stay (the number of beds allowed everyone to sleep well).There are certainly plenty of TV's, but one item that could be improved would be cable/satellite TV services, so that each TV does not require user to log in (some streaming services limit how many devices can be logged in). Overall, an amazing place for our family vacation. Would love to return!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family trip. The home easily accommodated all 20 of us, and never once felt crowded. Our 10 grandchildren absolutely loved the outdoor activities and spent nearly the entire week outside enjoying everything. The shaded porch was a perfect retreat for relaxing and gathering. It’s clear a lot of care went into creating such a welcoming and functional space. Highly recommend for large families visiting Phoenix.
