🛁 Pool & Spa
• Pool heating: $35/day (3-day minimum)
• Private Spa is part of the same heating system as the pool (not a hot tub).
• Takes 8–12 hours to heat; heater may shut off in cold temps to protect the system
• No refunds for weather-related issues

🐾 Pet Policy
• Pet-friendly with prior approval required
• $95/pet per stay (max 3 small pets up to 35 lbs)
• Pets not allowed on beds or furniture – bring your own bedding if needed
• Unauthorized pets will have a $250 fine

📦 Packages & Deliveries
• UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver to the door
• USPS does not deliver to vacation homes
• Some resorts may charge a fee or reject packages we’re not responsible for delivery issues
