Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including both the front yard and backyard. Enjoy full privacy and freedom to use all indoor and outdoor spaces during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Heating:

The Pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if the pool heating is purchased) is $179 per day each day you booked; 2-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat).

Please let us know what days and times you want the spa/pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay.



For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront. Monthly rentals require $49/day utilities fee without the pool heating and $79/day utilities fee with access to pool heating.



This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.



Mobility ramps are available for step-free access free of charge. Please let us know if you will be needing them prior to your arrival.

Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.

If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it. Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a great stay.
