Cute House but Multiple Issues
Cute house. Well maintained landscaping. Great curb appeal. Good location. Owner insisted meeting us upon arrival to discuss home rules. Upon entering the home, the property owner had not finished cleaning. Refrigerator was full of opened food containers obviously used by previous guests/owners. Beverage cooler was full of expired drinks. Cabinets contained food that had been opened and half eaten. Dishwasher had dirty dishes inside. Counter had not been wiped off and had coffee residue left on it. Kitchen drawers were full of junk. Bedroom closet had a hamper with dirty towels in it. Bedroom drawers were full of clothing/linens. There were no empty drawers for personal items. Bathroom drawers contained owner’s personal items, including prescription eye drops. Upstairs bedroom had multiple skylights with no covers, therefore room was bright by 5 am. No ironing board. As owner was leaving property she asked us to put towels that she had washed into dryer. We reached out to homeowner after leaving to make her aware of the issues with our stay but never received a response.
