Best host by far - very accommodating they even added a fire ring for us!! The place was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Plenty of extra everything - Such a cute homey feel - We will definitely be coming back and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Yes it was very cozy and home and everything was wonderful and very cleN and the area was just beautiful. We were their for the weekend and sitting outside was just beautiful and the area was quiet. Everything was excellent! Living room furniture and beds are very comfortable. Shower is large and amazing with great water pressure.We enjoyed seeing deer in the evening from the front porch and back deck. The only drawback was the steep driveway/parking area and the steps to the house, but the steps are definitely shown on the pictures before you book. This wasn't an issue for us, but it's worth noting for anyone who has more limited mobility. Host had excellent communication, and we would definitely recommend!

The Cozy Cottage is just that. It is beautiful. The attention to detail is incredible right down to the lamp pulls. The "retro" kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. The decorated bedrooms are wonderful. Oh and the rainfall shower!!! Played games at the kitchen banquette at night.....forgot how much fun Monopoly was! Ann was wonderful to communicate with. Thank you for sharing your Cozy Cottage!

Perfect house for race weekend

The name says it all. The house was very cozy and exceptionally clean. The furniture and the beds were very nice and comfortable and the shower was awesome. We got to meet our gracious host Ann and her adorable fur babies Sally and Lucy. Ann was very friendly and inviting. We had a great stay and will definitely be booking again in the future.. .

Loved the cottage as far as comfort, function, and cleanliness. The deck was the only slight disappointment. Seemed from the pictures online, it was more spacious with countryside all around. In actuality, the cottage was on the outskirts of town with disappointing views. While booked for that reason, we did not even utilize it. However, the host and inside amenities were great! Would stay there again.

Best little place in Emporium!!

Love love love this property. Cozy clean and in town for easy access to stores.Cant say enough about this lovely little cottage. This was my 3rd time staying and I will continue to make this my go to stay when visiting family. Ann is super accommodating and helpful as a host. The linens are crisp and fresh. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities we needed to make our several weeks vacation relaxed and comfortable! Added bonus a washer and dryer to help us keep up on our laundry without dragging it all to the laundromat!It rained alot while we were there and it was nice to sit at the kitchen table and enjoy my coffee while listening to the rain.Love it! 10 stars!!
