Walk into a welcoming foyer and explore the spacious first-floor living room with a comfortable seating area and TV, the couch is a queen pullout. Down the hall, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Head to the second floor, where you’ll find features your main living spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from casual coffee to elaborate dinners. Choose your favorite spot among bar stools, a breakfast nook, formal dining table, and plenty of cozy couches and chairs. Step onto the balcony for breathtaking ocean sounds, perfect for winding down. Make your way to the third floor for more sleeping quarters—the primary suite with attached bathroom and 2 guest rooms with a jack and jill bathroom, as well as the laundry room. Beach access is conveniently located just two streets away, and we provide beach towels and chairs for your use!

No smoking in the property.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
