Aloha: delighted you enjoyed your stay! These are 1-bedroom condos, usually not more than 5 people, but glad able to make it work. Condos also have 2 baths with full kitchen, which is hard to find Thanks for pointing out the great amenities and ideal location. Aloha: we did the best we can to re-accomodate the person for part of the dates, there was availability error on the site that did not allow entire stay in original category. She agreed to keep booking couple weeks prior to arrival and do split stay between rooms last few nights.. We apologized to her for the discrepancy several times, and she was fine with it on the multipel phone conversations we had, and thanked her for her understanding,. We monitored booking for her, up to day of arrival, and apologized to her again. She was fine with room change after first 3 nights; we also offered her other category the whole time so would not have to move, but she preferred the room move, along with option to cancel for full refund. She never noted to us that she 'needed to cook' in multiple conversations, and she had opportuntity to book somethingn else last few nights of her stay but did not want to. We noted would give small credit for room change, which was taken care of, takes several days to show up on the site. What she is saying did not receive is totally false. We agred to small refund, and took care of it We always strive to provide the best customer service to all our clients, as we did with her. Sometimes no matter what you try to do to help someone with an alternated siuation, they will not appreciate it.
