Unwind in this split floorplan 5-bedroom* remodeled house in the desirable Cutten area, enveloped in old-growth redwoods. The house features all-white bedding, blackout curtains, a projector movie theater experience, and a bonus room* with a pool table, darts, and foosball. Samoa Beach, trails, Old Town Eureka, the Carson Mansion, and Woodley Island Marina are all close by.
WHOLE HOUSE ALL TO YOURSELF
Comfort: All bedrooms feature blackout curtains for a peaceful night’s rest. All beds have 100% cotton sheets and 100% cotton blankets (duvets are microfiber). Enjoy endless hot water from a tank-less electric water heater—perfect for your larger-size group. Bathrooms feature jumbo-sized shower heads. The house is energy-efficient with blow-in insulation in the walls and ceiling. Mattresses are all medium firm and fiberglass-free. The house features a central heater and has window A/C units available by request with 72 hours' notice. The weather is so good here, we've never had anyone even request A/C though! There is no carpet in the entire house, so you can experience true cleanliness. "Life-proof" laminate flooring is installed throughout, which has an extra comfy underlayment to make walking more comfortable.
Entertainment: We have 4 smart TVs featuring Roku throughout the home. We also offer a good selection of board games and poker chips/card games. There’s a fire-pit/BBQ (campfire grill and small BBQ grill) in the backyard! "BYOW / Bring your own wood." In the garage/game room, we have a pool table, foosball table, and dart board. We offer Disney Plus, HBO Go, and Netflix for your enjoyment. The living room features a projector and a Sony surround sound system for a home theater experience with movie chairs and a comfy white leather couch!
Inside: Walk into a large living room with a natural gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook any meal. It features a black stainless-steel dishwasher, self-cleaning gas range with quick boil, range hood, an inverter microwave for better slow cooking, and a 1HP garbage disposal. The house features a split floorplan. The master bedroom is on a separate wing with an en-suite restroom. The bedroom wing of the house features 3 bedrooms—one small and two larger. A full bathroom with original redwood trim and unlimited tank-less hot water serves that side of the house. Custom two-tone paint throughout. Our outside stand-alone 750 sq ft garage is listed as a 5th bedroom/bonus room and is not used for parking. The fully finished garage features two electric space heaters for the winter and window fans for the summer.
Exterior: Our backyard features a natural gas grill with unlimited fuel. Also enjoy the cozy yard featuring a rhododendron tree and blackberries. Chill by the fire-pit as well! The backyard is fenced. We are located directly adjacent to Washington Elementary School, and we are one street over from Sequoia Park Zoo and the famous "Redwood Skywalk." Professional landscaping includes Japanese box-woods, hydrangeas, a rhododendron tree, strawberries, and blackberries. Redwoods are located on the street behind us and a street over behind the elementary school. The elementary school has basketball courts that are accessible via a gate on Dolbeer. If that is locked, use the W Street entrance. Avoid rain on your head with recently installed gutters.

Office space: Calling all teleworkers! Our home features office space in the master suite and the bedroom facing Sequoia Park—enjoy the redwood views! Escape from the noise in the house and go to your private area to work.
Conservation: Our home offers some green features. Our smart dimmers and fans turn off automatically a few times a day. We minimize plastic waste with our bathroom supplies. We recycle and expect guests to do the same.
