Sunkissed Sands at Perdido Dunes in Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short drive or bike ride from the world famous Flora-Bama. Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Spent Xmas week with family at Perdido Dunes. From initial check process to final checkout, everything was as expected. Fantastic beachfront home with plenty of space to relax. Amenities were useful for a young family to use kitchen, as needed. Plenty of decent places to eat out as well. I would not hesitate to rebook for a future stay! Thanks for sharing this home with our family....

Definitely the Best place we have stayed at. Perfect fit for our small family. Very clean. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and accessories.

Great Place to Stay

The rental was very well kept and excellent location with the backyard being the beach. Quiet area to relax and enjoy the ocean. We will definitely be staying here again.

Walk out to your private beach

This was our family’s second stay at Sun-kissed Sands at Perdido Dunes. Being able to walk out to your own private beach with amazing views is incredible! Clean home, easy check-in/check-out. The only drawback was there were only eight towels for seven people for multiple nights and no detergent was supplied and only one garbage bag. But other than that it was a fantastic stay!!

Amazing!

W had a perfect week! The views are amazing, the short walk to the beach just right and the townhome was very comfortable. We had everthing we needed. There were beach chairs in the garage which was really nice since we forgot ours. My favorite thing was sitting on the deck in the early morning enjoying the view of the ocean. One thing someone might want to know if you have trouble with stairs going up to the bedrooms-they were a little steep. We will definitely be coming back!

Perdido Key Stay

Great spot on the beach, great location, clean condo. We couldn’t get into the condo due to an invalid code but the customer service was great and got us in quickly. I do recommend.

Steps from beach!

Loved the seclusion of having our own townhouse just steps from the beach. No elevators to mess with. House fully stocked and had everything we needed. No issues getting in with door code. Must try the Crab trap if you visit!

Great condo that needs some TLC

We’ve stayed in this condo 5 times now, and the quality has dropped noticeably in recent years since Vacasa began managing the rentals. The owners seemed to put a lot of care into the place, but they’re selling it now, and no one is maintaining it, cleaning it well, or keeping the amenities stocked. The kitchen has no oven mitts, the sink light has been broken for 2 years, the love seat smells like mildew, and we found broken glass on the floor and sand on the drinking glasses. I hope whoever buys this place takes good care of it because it really is a gem.

That said, we apologize for the areas you found needing some TLC and we shared your feedback with the local manager. They assured us that they scheduled a thorough cleaning to address any areas of concern. Additionally, they will ensure that the drinking glasses are cleaned and will inspect all kitchenware to prevent this from happening again. Please know that safety is a top priority and our cleaning crew removed any broken glass and we are sorry for the inconvenience. A company has been scheduled to clean the loveseat and maintenance has been scheduled to repair the sink light. We strive to keep all amenities fully stocked and the necessary items will be re-stocked. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and we hope to host you again and better impress you on your next getaway.

Just Steps to the beach

With a true beach house - sand will end up everywhere. While true it wasn’t overwhelming and the condo is older but updates have made it nice. AC blows cold - which is a plus when coming In from a long day at the beach. Location - being the Dad and having to PACK all the chairs, umbrellas, chest etc I truly appreciated being steps from the beach. Also being a “private” beach there’s was no hustling for spots. We actually set up in the morning and left the stuff at the beach and went back to condo midday to cool off - our stuff was safe ! Parking is in front of Condo is tight with 2 vehicles. Washer and dryer make keeping up with laundry a breeze I would bring blankets and pillows if you Plan on using the sleeper sofa. - ( just sheets provided for that)

Cute gulf front condo

Loved our time at this cute condo however Vacasa is not doing the owner’s any favors. The door code was wrong and we could not access the internet due to wrong codes as well. We were staying during the holiday weekend and it took over 30 minutes to try to talk with someone to resolve and this took time away from out vacation. If you overlook those issues we had a wonderful time. I see now many, many other people have had issues with both the entry codes and internet codes and we were not alone. This issue should be addressed and resolved. Overall we would give this condo a thumbs up.

At this time, we are receiving higher than normal call and email volumes, which can result in a delay in response. Great Location and short walk to Beach!

We had a wonderful time after our terrible check. Wrong entry code and no one answering the phone for help and even online chat help failed to respond timely. After 30 minutes the next two codes failed to work and had to wait for a third code. Finally got in with the groceries after waiting in the sun. Not a good start. Then the refer didn’t have a shelf for groceries. Finally found the glass portion of the shelf, which was not cleaned and fixed it myself. Obviously this was not checked during cleaning cycle. Then the Wi-Fi and password were incorrect. Wi-Fi was not found when searching on my phone. I found the router which had both the Wi-Fi name and password attached to it. The ones provided at check in were not correct. This is the first time we have had a failed check in process. You need to rework this process, existing is not working at all. After the first two-three hours fixing all the check in items - rest of our vacation was wonderful!! Don’t recommend this management company working for Vrbo. Bad rep reflects on your overall management.
