This guest failed to read the provision in the listing that the rate included 2 guests and that there is a $25 per guest per night additional fee. We don't leave sheets for the sleeper unless someone lets us know ahead of time that there will be more than 2 guests. We did not know there were 4 guests until they showed up in two vehicles. The burn ban does not allow us to have any outside fires. These guests were advised of this however we made an exception for them to grill outside if they did so in the gravel driveway and totally put out the coals with the garden hose. It was regretful that we had this misunderstanding which would have been avoided had the guest fully understood the fees that were disclosed in the listing prior to the booking of this cabin. This has not been a problem before with other guests. While the cabin is located across the driveway from our house, we make it an effort not to invade our guests privacy. Again, this is the first complaint we have had regarding the location relative to our home's location. We are regretful that these guests were dissatisfied with their stay.
