Welcome to The Container Retreat @ 290 Wine Trail! The perfect place to stay as you explore the beautiful Texas Hill Country and its amazing wineries, parks, shops and people. We are happy to share our special getaway with you and truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We are right in the middle of over 50 Texas Hill Country wineries, three of which are within walking distance: Blue Lotus Winery and Silver Dollar Winery to the east and Untamed to the west. So, whether you are looking for a quick getaway or a home base while you attend one of the many festivals and events in the surrounding areas, we are the right choice.
Our containers are arranged in pods of five surrounding majestic oak trees and lush landscaping with just enough ambient lighting to make it relaxing and comfortable. If you want to hang out, just walk over to the common area where you will find open space, chairs, a hammock, and our custom Container Retreat cornhole boards.
Our mattresses were custom handmade locally from Cantwell Mattress in San Antonio. Our shampoo, conditioner and body wash are made with 100% Pure Morocco Argan Oil and are 100% Vegan & Cruelty-Free. In addition, our hand soap is made with essential oils, aloe vera, olive oil, and without parabens, phthalates, or artificial colors. We have provided everything you need in our kitchenette, including a corkscrew and wine pourer to enjoy your Texas Hill Country wine.
Couples get away, check! Girl’s weekend, check! Bachelor or Bachelorette parties, check! Whatever the occasion, we are the right choice. If you need to book larger parties, we have twelve other listings and can accommodate groups of up to thirty-two.
