Casa Karina is just a block from the Santa Fe River Trail, which makes it easy to walk or bike into the Plaza while enjoying local cafes, galleries, and neighborhoods along the way. The location also gives you quick access to Canyon Road, the Railyard, museums, and some of our favorite restaurants.
It’s a welcoming, laid-back neighborhood with friendly neighbors, mature trees, and that unmistakable Santa Fe charm. For us, it feels like a true retreat while still keeping you close to the heart of the city.

The home strikes a perfect balance of Santa Fe character and everyday comfort, with plenty of space to gather, relax, or unwind after a day of exploring.
