● Use Black Towels labeled MAKEUP to remove makeup.

● No pets. Due to host’s extreme and severely detrimental allergies to animal dander, we can not host animals of any kind. This includes assistant animals, emotional support, and service animals.

● Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.

● No parties and events are allowed.
● Dinners and brunches are allowed when approved by the host.

● Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved over night visitors. Unapproved guests are $100.

● The guest who booked the unit must check in and must be present during the entire reservation.

● Tampering with any equipment such as google nest smoke detectors, co2 detectors, any sensors and wifi is grounds for termination of the reservation without a refund.

● Kindly remove the garbage and leave the garbage in the large black bin outside. Bottles and cans can be placed in the green bin
