The Space:

This home is a duplex with the property manager residing part-time in a separate upstairs unit. The full house is also available for rent upon request (5 beds 3.5 baths total). Each unit has a full kitchen, laundry, and living areas.

The downstairs unit features:

- Private entrances (front & back)
- Spacious living area with a 55" smart TV and pull-out couch for extra sleeping space
- Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, fridge/freezer with water filter & ice maker

Bedrooms:
- The Palm Room: Full-sized bed + shared bath
- The Pineapple Room: Full-sized bed + shared bath
- The Tide Room: Queen-sized bed, private bath, and a TV for added relaxation

Outdoor Living:
Relax on the front or back porch, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Fire up the propane fire pit or grill and enjoy an evening under the stars.

Extra Amenities:
-Washer/dryer in-unit for convenience
- Vivent security system with outdoor cameras, automatic door locks, and caution lights for peace of mind
- Ample parking for up to 4-5 cars and even boats!

Bonus: Interested in renting both units for a larger group? Just ask! You'll have access to 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths for even more space and comfort.
