The condo and the building were both amazing. I really enjoyed the balcony and the rooftop pool and bar especially the salsa on Sunday night. I have stayed this property several times and it has never disappointed. This is my go to whenever I can get to the area and I look forward to returning soon.

Great property and location

Nice property, had lots of space. Could see the ocean from our balcony. Great location for walking and biking. The rooftop pool was cool.

Great room. Host never responded to any texts. Nothing major, but tv didn't have a remote and I wanted an early check in. Neither got a response.

The property is well maintenanced in an excellent location but they have hidden fees.You have to pay fees while booking and again when you reach to the property and also some others two fees that you will never know until you leave the property.They will charge them through the card they have on hold with a deposit.If you don't want to be surprised with hidden fees,don't book this property.

Great location!

This unit was at the Costa Hollywood hotel which is steps from the Broadwalk. It's an awesome location for the beach and dining options within walking distance. Very family friendly and clean. The roof top pool and hot tub area are awesome! We loved staying here. Our only complaint was that the unit does not have a dryer so we were not able to really do any laundry, which was hard for us as we were only given 4 small towels. I highly recommend this hotel but we would choose a different unit next time.

Facility is great. Loved the area to borrow pool and beach items for free. Towel service for pool/beach was amazing. Food in the rooftop area restaurant was great. Loved the location to walk to the boardwalk and beach. Easy to go back to the resort for the bathroom. The facility also hosted movies and other activities during the week in a cute court yard area. Room was okay. No broom or vacuum in the room which was annoying. Only one trash bag, toilet paper roll, and paper towel roll so plan for that. I did like that they had an extra drink fridge since the main fridge was small. The beds, even the pullout beds were very comfortable. Communication with rental company was slow and not very good to be honest. Check in was delayed since they were still cleaning and we didn’t get in until 20 minutes after 4 which is crazy since they want to charge 30 an hour for early check in. Facility is nice, but this unit is nothing special. The price was right though! I would recommend it if the price makes sense.
