To the right of the entryway, you’ll find a lovely dining room complete with chic dining table set for 4. While not available for guest use, the antique fireplace is a focal point, having been kept in its original design. Through a set of pocket doors, the inviting living room awaits with luxurious sofa seating and a large smart TV. Whether you plan a cozy movie night in or just need an afternoon snooze after a day exploring the area, the space can accommodate either with ease. When ready for a bite, find your way into the updated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and stocked with all the cookware and dining ware needed for a delicious home cooked meal should you find yourself in the mood.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms, all located on the 2nd floor.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed and ceiling fan.

The home also includes one full bathroom on the 2nd floor with a large vanity and shower/tub combo, as well as a half bath on the 1st floor.

• Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles available. In back of home has plenty of room behind home. DO NOT PARK IN NEIGHBORS LOT/Gas Station Repair Place!
• This home is equipped with a total of 2 exterior security cameras: (1) front of house, and (2) back of home.
• Pair of rocking chairs available on the front porch.
• Property is within walking distance to Mariemont downtown area, only 3-4 blocks away.
