At Findlay Market Suite 6, you’ll be located in the heart of the desirable Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, just 2 miles north of downtown and mere minutes to all of the area’s hottest attractions. As the name suggests, you’ll be 1 block away from the popular Findlay Market, Ohio’s oldest and continuously operated public market with a host of vendors selling everything from meat and produce to plants, flowers, artisan goods, and everything in between. Washington Park, a 6-minute walk south of the home, is an urban oasis with a large event lawn showcasing movies, live music, festivals, and other events throughout the year. Also within short walking distance is a wide variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife – endless opportunity to get out and explore this vibrant area!



Further from the home, plan a day trip to the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, one of the best zoos in the country and just 2 ½ miles north of the home, or you can be in downtown Cincinnati in under 5 minutes where you’ll be met with your choice of art and cultural museums, historic landmarks, and the scenic Ohio River waterfront where you can spend all day taking leisurely strolls along the river trails.



The home’s chic and spacious interior is a tranquil space to relax and refresh, surrounded by comfortable, upscale furnishings and stately décor. Curl up on plush living room sofa or chair seating while you binge episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV. Down the hall, the stylish eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for all your mealtime endeavors, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. The high-top dining table seats 4 for formal meals as well as a spontaneous night of cards.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle.

• This home is equipped with five (5) external and internal Ring security cameras. The first is located in the parking lot and actively monitoring the parking lot and sidewalk of building. The second is located on the front door, actively monitoring the street and sidewalk. The third is located on the side entrance of building, actively monitoring the side entrance and walkway. The fourth is located on the stairs, actively monitoring the stairs for floors 2 and 3. The fifth is also located on the stairs, actively monitoring the stairs for floors 3 and 4.

• This home is a sister unit to Findlay Market Suites 1-5. You may encounter other guests in the building during your stay. Common areas are accessible only to guests who rent the entire building (parent unit Findlay Market Suites). Larger groups are advised to rent the entire building.
