Enjoy riverfront views as you venture along the Greenway offering picturesque paths for both walking and cycling or immerse yourself in the town’s rich history by exploring the historic district with beautifully preserved architecture. Also known for its arts, culture, festivals, and events, Dayton’s artistic side is ripe for exploration. Bustling Fairfield Ave is just steps from your front door, offering a variety of shopping and dining options. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 queen size beds.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well as 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles, with additional parking on the street on a first come, first served basis.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external Ring security cameras. The first is located on the front porch, actively monitoring the front walkway with a partial street view. The second is located on the back door, actively monitoring the back walkway.



Just across the Ohio River from the Bengals Stadium, Riverfront Park, and Great American Ballpark, you’ll be within easy reach of some of Cincinnati’s most popular attractions.
