Unser 3 Schlafzimmer + Haus ist ein großartiger Familienurlaubsort! Wir können bis zu 10 Personen beherbergen (1 Queen, 2 Etagenbettgarnituren, 2 Zwillinge und ein Ausziehbett mit 2 Zwillingen) und auf den 2 Decks ist Platz für diejenigen, die unter dem Sternenhimmel schlafen möchten! Das Wohnzimmer hat Fenster mit Blick auf das Wasser. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen und die Küchenbar bietet Platz für bis zu 4 weitere Personen. Die Küche ist mit einem Elektroherd, einem Kühlschrank, einem tragbaren Geschirrspüler, einer Mikrowelle und Schränken mit Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen, Gläsern, Besteck und Servierutensilien ausgestattet. Das Rollbettzimmer dient gleichzeitig als Wohnzimmer zum Lesen eines guten Buches oder zum Mittagsschläfchen. In einem großen Schrank neben dem Schlafzimmer finden Sie viele Spiele für Groß und Klein sowie eine Sammlung von Büchern, die Sie während Ihres Urlaubs bei uns lesen können. Eines der 3 Badezimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.

Das Loft-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, eine Kommode, einen Stuhl und einen eigenen Balkon mit einem weiteren Ort, an dem Sie sich erholen können. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche befindet sich ebenfalls in diesem Raum.

Die untere Ebene des Hauses verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, die Waschmaschine und Trockner und zwei Türen zum Unterdeck.

Der Schlafraum beherbergt die 2 Etagenbetten, einen Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank und die Waschmaschine mit Trockner. This was the worst house I have ever seen it was dirty it had cobwebs everywhere everywhere and when we got there there was wet towels on top of the dryer and wet sheets in the washer and we had to go buy sheets just to sleep because everything was dirty and the floor were awful I recommend one one ever renting this place not even if they let you stay free I have learned my lesson check out the place before renting it the dock had weeds all around it and the trees need to be cut back you couldn't see the water the deck around the house was dirty the house was just a hot mess

Thanks for your feedback. We regret that our guests had a bad experience. Unfortunately, our housekeeper up and left, not telling us she didn't complete the cleaning. We've since put in place a new cleaning company. We are committed to having a place for you to relax and enjoy and appreciate your understanding.

Horrible

This is the “horror” house rental story. The house was great, but spiderwebs and rodent droppings are present. We killed many spiders, sprayed raid and couldn’t breathe, which triggered us to open windows and led to more bugs and spiders. We had a couple bites. There is no way we could sleep here I confirmed the dock had a ladder and I confirmed we could swim off the dock however, there was no ladder, and the sides of the dock were covered in moss. We opened the grill and it had mud dobber nests in the grill and those nests were all around the deck and roof. This killed my family’s plans. Family flew in from another state and my sister and I drove in from other states. We were practically stranded. Since it was the 4th of July it was hard to find a place to stay. We ended up not being on the lake and stayed in a hotel. It created tension and frustration. Very disappointing and upsetting. This house could be a great rental with some work. I want to mention the owner was very apologetic and refunded my money for the house. I am not uploading pictures but I think the reader gets the picture.

Great location, as described! Private covered dock, we docked our boat the entire weekendEasy access to Marina and Cadiz. Labor day weekend

We enjoyed the lake house, it was perfect for our party of 6 people. It would have been more perfect if lake had not already been lowered. We brought our own boat but couldn’t access the house’s private dock because it was too shallow. House was close to state park to launch the boat, so we still enjoyed the lake every day of our stay. We would return to this lake house but would verify if dock will be accessible.

Enjoyed the lake house!

We enjoyed the lake house! We had an overall great time. Bathroom s a little disappointing but was functional....if someone in our group had been handicapped in anyway it would not have worked. A more comfortable living area furniture would have been appreciated since rain was in our area.

Had a great time. Lake life is so laid back, it took some getting used to- but I managed just fine.

House was cozy and spacious; all the woodwork reminded us of cabins on the Great Lakes we've stayed in. No major problems with the house, but a couple of doorknobs need replaced, the deck and porch need repainted, the frig doesn't cool as well as it should, a bedside table next to one of the beds would've been nice, higher wattage lights in most of the fixtures would've provided better lighting, and a heads up that the location has poor cell phone coverage (for Sprint, Verizon) would've been helpful, and there is a missing board on the walkway to the floating dock which is a liability issue waiting to happen. Overall a great place, and would definitely recommend it to friends! Would without a doubt stay there again.

Great location on a great cove! Dock was excellent plenty of room. Love the 3 bathrooms and the fantastic beach right around corner. Neighbors are great! Owners very responsive. Highly recommend would stay again.

Relaxing with easy access to lake

My family really enjoyed being on the lake. Our trip was very peaceful with easy boat access. One of our favorite places was the porch swing on the large wraparound porch. Plenty of room for everyone and with only 1 tv and limited internet access it meant minimal distractions. Although the home was dated it was perfect for all of us to enjoy one another's company.

There were 3 couples that stayed for 4 nights and we were all very comfortable. The location was great, only thing was that the water was very low but there is a note about that so we knew ahead of time what to expect. Great value for your money, would definitely come back!

We stayed here in August there were 4 couples and the house was good,only complaint would be that the refridgerater was turned off when we arrived and it took a while to cool. Loved the deck and dock, we spent most of our time outside. Saw lots of deer walking in the neighborhood. House had everything you need. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Family Vaction

My family rented this house for a week in July, 2014. We took two elderly parents and four pre-teen/teenagers with us. The pictures are very accurate as to what the house really looked like. The home was very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and I found everything I needed. The lake area was very nice. It was in a nice cove that had very little boat activity. The water was very shallow and there was really no need to have life jackets. We were able to turn our children loose with several types of floats and games in the water and not have to worry about incoming boats and the water being over their heads. Naturally there were a few things that were disappointing but they were very minor. There was a slight musty smell from the basement. Although it bothered me most of the other family stated it never bothered them. The dock had a few loose/missing boards and needed some TLC. Due to the shallow water the fishing was not as exciting as my husband would have liked it to be. They did however catch several small blue gill and 2 bass. These are definitely not things that should change your mind if you are looking for a reasonably priced lake house to rent. There were several activities in the nearby area to enjoy as well. You will definitely need a vehicle if you plan to do any sightseeing in this area.
