Welcome to Serenity Place! This is such a beautiful, peaceful space. While central to everything in the area, it is in a quiet well-established neighborhood so it feels like you are off the beaten path, while still close to everything convenient you need. We are 7 mi. from the Kennedy Bridge, and 6 mi to downtown Louisville and Kentucky convention center, only 12 miles to places like Churchill Downs.

Our home features sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people, including a huge King bedroom with a luxurious bathroom and walk-in closet, a second large bedroom with two queen beds, large closet and smart TV, and a third bedroom with queen bed and roomy closet.

Upon entering the home, you walk into a massive living area with two couches that both fold out into beds, perfect for teens or children. You have a nice, long coffee table atop a gorgeous rug and space that is beautifully decorated, and a large smart TV as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a group gathering. Gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee and tea station, cookware and basic spices make this space perfect for cooking a meal during your stay. There is also a laundry closet with washer and dryer available for use during your stay.

Move over into the adjoining dining room. This gives a lovely separate space to sit down and enjoy your meals together.

There are two additional bedrooms, one with two queen beds, end tables with charging stations, a smart TV and plenty of room for storage. The third bedroom is a queen room, also with charging station and plenty of storage space. There is a main bathroom in the hall and easy to access.

Come with us into the huge back yard! It is privacy fenced with a huge patio area. Enjoy some peaceful serenity in this beautiful area with plenty of room for the kids to run around or friends to hang out. There is a small BBQ grill there for your use.
