We've thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Additional Rules:
1. No excessive noise after 10pm, please. This is enforced very closely. Your reservation will be cancelled and no refunds issue if you violate our noise policy.

2. Please do not tamper with sensors and or alarms.

3. Large gatherings/parties are strictly prohibited.

4. The house is exclusively for the enjoyment of registered guests. You are not allowed to have guests without the expressed approval of the owners.

Unregistered guests will result in a $500 fee and immediate termination of stay.

5. Do not re-arrange furniture.

6. Booking for someone else is strictly prohibited.

7. You are responsible for your guest's behavior. Poor behavior by one of your guest will be reported as your own.

8. The house must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received.

9. Dogs welcome. $30 per dog per night. If you bring a dog without notifying the owner, there will be an automatic $250 charge and/or your reservation will be voided without refund.

10. You are responsible for the cost of any damage to property caused by guests and/or pets.

11. Left items - Perishable items such as food will be discarded immediately.

Non-perishable items will be discarded after 48h if unclaimed.
Please ensure you have all your belongings before you leave. Non-perishable items can be retrieved by shipping at the guest's expense, including shipping costs and a $50 service fee paid in advance. Please note that it can take up to one month to ship any belongings left behind.

12. Drug use is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in canceled reservation.

13. Any filming inside the house must be approved.

14. This is NON SMOKING home: Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fee and you will receive a 1 star review.

15. Owner does not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects.

16. If you lose the key to the house we will need to change locks at your expense.

17. Early check in and late checkouts are calculated in one hour increment after first 15 minutes at a $50/hour rate.
