Unit 4 ist ein unabhängiges, privates Studio im 2. Stock mit einem Queen-Size-Schrankbett und einer Futon-Couch. Kann 2-4 schlafen. Direkt am Meer. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Flagler St Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Attraktives Strandhaus mit mehreren Einheiten zur Verfügung. Alle Einheiten verfügen über ein Telefon mit unbegrenzten kostenlosen Orts- und Ferngesprächen, eine individuell regulierbare Klimaanlage und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank und Kochfeld. Das Gebäude verfügt über drei Terrassenbereiche, die von allen Mietern, die das Gebäude bewohnen, gemeinsam genutzt werden. Ein Wäschebereich mit kostenfreier Waschmaschine und Trockner ist vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse stehen bequeme Liegestühle und eine Reihe von Stühlen, die zum Strand gebracht werden können.

This is an old building, but the age does not detract from all it has to offer. The inside is updated and is very clean. Location couldn't be better. Right on the beach with great access. Great parking. Close to downtown. Definitely will be back.

We rented the unit for a mid week stay with my husband and teen daughter. The unit was cozy but perfect for the 3 of us. The location was on the beach entrance ramp. It is upstairs with a side window view of the beach. The unit was clean and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We liked the location and felt safe there. The check in process and communication with the owner was excellent.

My favorite moment was sitting on the deck and watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee. It's all about the location. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The building faces the ocean, but the studio (4) has a side view of the ocean. Some visitors reported that the blinds don't work, but they are fine. The trick to opening them is to press and hold the button while you gently lift them with the palm of your hand.

Perfect Studio Home

This was my second stay at the NSB Guesthouse and I enjoyed it even more than last year. Clean, quiet, safe, and a perfect location. You can walk for miles on the beach during the day and walk to Flagler Avenue in the evening where there are great shops and restaurants. The studio is spacious with a nice kitchen and plenty of outdoor decks and patios.

Fantastic Location!

As someone who grew up in Florida going to New Smyrna Beach as the default beach spot, this was a GREAT spot to stay! It was just me, my husband, and our one year-old. It was fantastic to be able to set up on the beach and make such a short walk back into the air conditioning for cooking meals and naps. We felt very safe letting our little one nap in the apartment while we sat on the back deck with the monitor, enjoying the view. Cannot recommend this place enough! We'll definitely hope to stay here again.

2nd Stay, Great Time Again

This is our second time staying here, another great time. Plenty of space for the 3 of us to hang out and ease into the day. It had everything we needed with some extras. Love having plenty of natural light available. The A/C works great. The stairs are a bit narrow and may be a concern for some people. The location is fabulous, right on the water and in a quiet neighborhood. The deck is spacious, allowing us to enjoy being outside without being sandy or have have dinner. Also a great place to meet people staying in the other units. Highly recommend!

Weekend at the beach

Overall, we liked the condo. However, none of the blinds worked which made it dark inside. The hairdryer should be replaced. It overheated very quickly.

As always I am just a quick text away if a guest should need anything such as a hair dryer and can have it replaced as soon as we know about it. As for the blinds, they all do work. To operate push button in and push up on blind and pull down.

First time ever renting and not staying at a hotel. Reserved unit 4, but upon opening the door, we saw two German roaches crawling on the inside of the door and two dead inside, but said we’d say something if we saw more. The unit was not clean like I keep my own house and could use a coat of fresh paint, the walls jaw scuff marks on them and the particle board cabinets need to be replaced. They look like they’ve been wet before and seem to make the room smell. The kitchen cabinets had some liquid that dripped and dried on them and the handles are rusted and need to be replaced. The straw that broke the camels back was when we were about to leave for the day and grabbed our water bottles and my boyfriends had baby roaches crawling inside of it. That was it, we called the host. She had the owner come and he said he could move us to another unit. This would be unit 5, which had the beach views. We said ok, still concerned. We threw our luggage in and left for the day. Once we got back and actually walked around the unit, we noticed the floors are very uneven and quite concerning. This is a second floor unit and I believe overtime these floors may fall through to the first floor. We stepped softly around the crack in the laminate between the living room and the bedroom, hoping not to damage anymore flooring. Overall, not a good experience for us unfortunately.

New Smyrna Getaway

My wife, daughter and myself stayed at this property for two days before our week stay at another location. The room and property were fantastic and it is a great location. Room was very clean and very well equipped. We walked everywhere and the beach is always fantastic. Very windy for two days, but the property was still very quiet. We will definitely be back.

A relaxing mini-vacation

Only negative thing I will say is that we only stayed 3 days, wished we could have stayed longer, everything else about the stay and the room was great…..great location, right on the beach, room had good space and all the amenities, great second-floor viewing deck to relax outside with unobstructed view of the ocean, did I mention it was right on the beach? Oh and owner was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to my messages. This post would be too long if I stated all the great things about the property, really happy I found this location, I will definitely return.

Quaint little place in a perfect location

The property is pretty much within walking distance of to go to places. Right on the beach and drive by area but still quiet inside. It’s also very relaxing to just lounge in the back patio. Julie, the property manager is very prompt when it comes to communication. Definitely a good place to stay in!

We mainly live in Orlando although we are out to the beach almost every week. We have the phone on 24/7 and respond quickly to any question, need, or problem.

We have been told by our tenants that our location is one of the best! We are on the north beach, which is great as you will avoid the big six lane road and mega condos found in the south Atlantic locations. We are located on the border of the residential area and just a short walk to the famous Flagler Avenue – the food, shopping and festival district. Our New Smyrna Beach House is closer to the ocean then we may prefer at times. In 2004, the waves were lapping onto and against our foundation which was a little scary; however, now the sand has returned with plenty of great space for sandcastles and sunbathing as well as the shortest walk to the water of any place I have ever seen. You can still hear the surf pounding as you fall asleep at night and the views are so beautiful in the morning as the sun rises over the horizon.
