The house is only a two minute drive from the motorway, two minutes from the Johnsonville shopping mall, just 10 minutes from the Wellington CBD.
In the garden lots of fruit trees, also you can hear birds singing.
I have five beds. One is a queen bed and the rest are single beds. Normally we only prepare sheets for a queen bed and two single beds. Please let me know if you need more beds so that i can prepare sheets.
This is for upstairs unit and I live downstairs, garden anything can be used

Was conveniently located for anyone catching the early morning ferry to the south island. Nice clean and spacious place. Great communication from the host. Just be aware for anyone with mobility issues you will need to carry luggage up some stairs.

We had a wonderful time, everything was good. Just to let you know there was water coming out from under the washing machine, we had not used it. Also the bathtub tap was leaking.

I’m very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! Just a small note for next time: unfortunately I only discovered the water leak after it had already reached downstairs. If I had known earlier, we could have avoided the issue. Because the water had been leaking for several days, the door frame got soaked and now the door is a little harder to open and close. I hope that if you ever notice a leak again, you can let the host know right away. Thank you for your understanding and for being such a lovely guest.

Property is set in a quiet location, down a small lane way drive. Off street covered parking, concrete steps to access house, plenty of lighting if accessing at night. We were there early winter, house has heat pumps plus small heaters in bedrooms if required. Comfy bed and cosy duvet - we had a good sleep - always a plus when you are away from your own bed.

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a very nice living room with a huge tv. We were however challenged by the property’s access which required climbing exterior cement steps with no railings up a hill. Some of the steps were uneven and crowded out by greenery. Someone with balance issues or carrying a small child could find the path difficult. A clearer depiction in the property’s description would have been helpful. We don't say this to criticize but to make others aware before they book.

This guest made the booking without checking the details carefully and only realized there were steps upon arrival. Many previous guests, including those in their seventies and eighties, have stayed here after confirming this information, and they had no problem at all. The listing description is accurate and honest —Guests planning to book this listing, please carefully read the listing description and review the photos before deciding to book. The property is up-level and has a few steps — they are not steep, just gentle steps.
