We promise your rental will be clean, safe, and true to what you saw online! Self Check-ins are always smooth, and we're here 24/7 to answer any questions.

Enjoy this historic 1910's Craftsman home. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry machine and a dryer (detergent & softener sheets included). Brand new AC unit, reliable Gig internet and a large smart LED TV. Hardwood floors throughout the main level, clawfoot tub for a relaxing soak, or step in and use the shower. Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the birds on the back porch. A large fully fenced back yard and fire pit only for your use. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please disclose these companions prior to travel.

Great for families or business travelers with easy access to I90 HWY.
10 minutes to Downtown, 12 minutes to all hospitals (VA is even closer), and 3 blocks to Safeway, Walgreens, and many popular restaurants. 100 feet to the bus line that takes you directly downtown.
Spokane is the largest part of the Spokane-Coeur d’Alene combined area and because of the natural layout and scenic areas within a reasonable distance, the area is best experienced by a private vehicle.

We had a very nice visit! The neighborhood was great for walking with our dog and the bed was comfy and cozy. Just a note that the tub 'stopper' does not work if you want to take a bath. I wanted to ask you please if you could share where you bought the sheer curtains with the red velvet flower imprint. They are beautiful! If we are ever in Spokane again, we will visit your place. An outstanding property

This small home is simply furnished with antiques and comfy furniture, the yard was in bloom during our visit creating a peaceful oasis for my sister and me. The bathroom has the most wonderful lighted mirror and the kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to cook. We were there 3 weeks and felt at home. Nice stay in Spokane
