Clean and spacious condo right on the first floor which was safe for my two little ones with the balcony area. We loved the pools and being right on the beach. Really enjoyed having a restaurant on site and a little coffee shop on site as well. We will def book this condo again!

Great location! Perfect views! Had everything we needed! Dining room table and living room seating was a rare find to accommodate 6 people comfortably for our girls trip! Very comfy place! Loved it!

Overall our stay was good! The only major complaint we had was that check in was a little hectic as we never got the link for parking pass prior to our travels so we had to do this same day which was more expensive. The room was very clean aside from the floors and the view was AMAZING!!! Other than that our stay was smooth and we had the best time!

Beautiful condo, great location, and comfy beds. Unfortunately the dirtiest condo I have ever stayed in. Check in for parking was not communicated so we had to do same day registration. Communication for a broken dryer in the unit was awful, and it wasn’t fixed until the last day. I would not recommend booking through this rental company.

This property was sooooo worth it! We had 4 adults and 1 infant & it was so accessible to almost everything. Plus the decorations in the condo were so perfect!

Best stay ever!

The view was perfect, directly centered in front of the largest pool and the ocean. It is conveniently located on the 1st floor and right by the stairs. The condo was exactly as the pictures shown. Everything was great and in working order. The host and Emerald Resort always responded to my messages in a very timely manner. We hope to continue to stay in this unit each year!

Perfect location and beach

The location and beach were perfect! The room was nice except for the cockroaches that were in the kitchen at night. We had to go buy traps ourselves. When I notified the property owners they said they would let maintenance know and nothing was done. It could have been better equipped too.

Overall, we were happy with our stay and had another wonderful vacation at Edgewater! A few things to note:1. The master suite (king bed) is actually the guest room that shares a bathroom with the bunks and guests. The 2 queen room is actually the master with en-suite. Switched due to size to allow for more beds/sleeping is best guess.2. You will need extra towels and wash cloths if you don’t want to do laundry everyday. Enough for 1 per guest.*We brought a tension shower curtain rod and dark curtain to give privacy to the bunks. Worked great!!Unit was tidy and decently stocked. Loved the full size washer and dryer. Could use a good deep clean and dusting. Was comfortable and big enough for our trip with 6 people. Easy check in and communication with rental agency. LOVE the easy access of 1st floor! Great view!

Would recommend some little extras such as a couple boxes of tissue being available and maybe a starter of coffee and condiments( salt/pepper, sugar, creamer). A couple chairs and beach towels would have been helpful as well since the property is on the beach. No extras like pens/paper were available. These are things that make a difference! Hand soap dispensers would have been nice. Overall the beds are comfortable and the space is beautiful!

The space was beautiful and well taken care of. The beds were super comfortable. We all liked being on the first floor and not having to wait for the elevator. Pool and amenities were great as well. One of the showers would not drain, but the management sent someone the next day to fix it. The day before we had to depart there was a water leak from the ceiling – no fault to the rental. One of the bedrooms and bathroom had standing water that soaked the rugs and luggage that was on the floor. There was literally a waterfall coming down the wall. The management gave us extra towels to clean up the water, which did nothing because there was just too much. My only complaint is that they didn't take this seriously and we had to walk in puddles for a day and a half.

At first glance property was good however, one of the sliding glass doors wouldn’t close all the way had to stuff bags in the top of it to keep bugs from getting in. The other glass door took amazing amount of strength to open and close.No hot pads were provided also only two garbage bags for the week which is not near enough and only two rolls of toilet paper which was not enough and one roll of paper towels, which was not enough

Disappointed but still a great trip…

Outside of the cleanliness upon arrival and cockroaches, our stay was excellent. Loved the location and the view. I am not one to give a bad review however the unit was NOT clean upon arrival. It was very dusty, the lines in the Master were dingy, and we found dirty clothes ( panties) in the other bedroom under the bed. I saw cockroaches in the kitchen during the evening hours that I hid from my mother. Had she seen them, our trip would have been ruined. Outside of that, the beds were semi comfy, the water pressure was great, and the access to the beautiful PCB beach was perfect. All in all we had an incredible family vacay, but I would not rent this unit again.

Very well decorated

Love the decor. Great job decorating. Several plugs didn’t work. The TV in one of the bedrooms would go off by itself then back on in middle of the night. There is a German roach issue. But I think the entire tower one has an issue that is actively being addressed. Great view of the main pool. You can feel like you’re at poolside from the balcony. Very easy access to the pool and the parking lot since the stairs are right at the entrance and it’s only one floor up. We never had to use elevator. However, parking in front of tower one is limited and had to park at tower 2 or 3 and walk to tower 1. The Edgewater resort is a very nice resort. Register for parking passes before you go so you don’t have to register after arriving.

We really enjoyed our stay the Host and Resort Staff were excellent when we had issues getting checked in due to not receiving check in details. The property management team that handled the property was very hard to get in contact with the staff at the resort and Owner tried to contact them even using emergency numbers with no answer. Over all we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend and even stay again in same condo in the future. Hopefully in the future there will be a more reliable property management company to contact.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was beautifully decorated and had pretty much everything you need. The pool was beautiful as well as the beach. It wasn't overly crowded. Its easily accessible from everywhere and has plenty of things close by for eating or shopping. Love PCB!
