Welcome to your perfect mountain retreat! This beautifully remodeled, two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo at Disciples Village is a cozy, modern escape right by Boyne Mountain Resort. Bathroom: Newly renovated with dual vanities and a combination bathtub/shower, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

We was upgraded to the bigger unit due to some issues with the one we rented. Was a beautiful place, well equipped, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed it very much!!! Will definitely be back

The place was nice - clean and good beds. The kitchen lacks essentials - a pot large enough to cook pasta, a skillet large enough to scramble eggs for family, no salt or pepper in the shakers.

Dads with Kids

Great place in a good location unless you want the slope on your doorstep. Location is in between main base area and the Disciples 8 lift a few block walk to get to either location, so gives you some optionality. The unit was super clean and appeared to be freshly renovated as of our stay in Feb ‘25. This was a dad and kid trip with kids from 6 to 16. The place worked great! Will use this place or Northern Michigan Escapes again!

Cute, small basement unit in Disciples Village at Boyne Mountain. Kitchen was well stocked, and my children loved the bunk room with their own tv. The unit is not vented for central air so for our hot summer weekend, the unit was too warm and humid. We thankfully brought one fan with us and it was very much needed, but I would suggest the owners provide some. Also, it is a basement unit so you can hear every footstep from the unit above especially running and jumping feet of little ones :)

Disciples Village units are known for being family-friendly and close to all the year-round fun at Boyne Mountain—from skiing and tubing in the winter to mountain biking, water park visits, and golf in the summer. It’s wonderful to hear you made the most of the space for your weekend getaway. That said, we’re also very grateful for your constructive feedback regarding the temperature and noise. You’re absolutely right—lower-level units without central air can be a bit challenging during hot and humid summer days. While they tend to stay cooler in general, the lack of ventilation and air circulation can become noticeable in extreme heat. We appreciate you bringing a fan with you, and your suggestion to have additional fans provided is a great one. We’ve passed this along to our property management team and the unit owner to consider adding fans in the future so guests can stay comfortable even during warmer months. We also understand that, being a basement unit, some level of noise from the upstairs condo can be expected—especially with active children. While this is common in multi-level buildings, we know it can affect the overall tranquility of a stay, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. We will continue to explore ways to reduce sound transfer wherever possible, and we'll ensure guests are fully informed about what to expect when booking this type of unit. Your feedback is incredibly helpful, and we're so pleased that despite these challenges, your family still enjoyed the trip and many elements of your stay. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space and the rental are great. However, I would like to note one item I think as a renter is worth advertising. There is not air conditioning. We were there for some hot days and I was shocked to not have air. Mostly since we have rented units continually in the Disciples over the last 20 years and they have all had air.
