Absolutely no parties or unauthorized gatherings of any kind permitted. Guest reservations will be immediately cancelled and guests will asked to leave if violated.

All outside-staff (hired chefs, massage therapists, etc.) are permitted, but must be booked through our concierge. Only vetted and approved hired-staff are permitted at the property. For a list of approved vendors and services please reach out to your concierge.

Pets must be included at the time of reservation with fees paid. One dog or cat (under 50 pounds) per reservation permitted. For special circumstances, please contact the owner in advance. No pets on furniture please.

Please nothing other than bathroom tissue in the toilets.

Upon reservation confirmation, guests will receive a rental agreement highlighting all house rules.

We offer housekeeping for longer stays and usually ask guests about their needs and provide a price based on specific needs.

There is no fee for pool heating during the summer months. If requested in the winter months, we will offer it at an additional charge based on the guest's requirements.
