Bergblick in ruhiger Lage, Privater beheizter Pool, Whirlpool & Spielzimmer!

We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful cabin and mountain views. Indoor pool environments can affect guests differently, and some may be more sensitive to the normal chemical odor associated with maintaining properly treated pool water. The window alarm is a state required safety feature for the indoor pool area and is designed to sound whenever the window is opened or remains open past the alarm timer. The cabin’s ceilings, walls, and floors are solid wood with sealed polyurethane finishes. Unlike carpet and drywall, these surfaces do not trap airborne particles. This makes dust more visible and allows it to circulate more easily. However, the amount described is not what we expect, and the concern has been shared with our housekeeping team for further attention.

We're so glad your family enjoyed the cabin, incredible mountain views, and amenities, especially the pool and Pac-Man game! We appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few things for future guests. The driveway has a 2 way entrance and exit. It is fully navigable for standard passenger vehicles, and we have personally driven a low-profile Audi S5 in and out without issue. However, as with many mountain properties, vehicles with trailers, hitch-mounted cargo carriers, extended rear overhangs, or significantly lowered suspensions may experience clearance challenges and are not recommended to go all the way through. However pulling Into one side and then backing out when needed Is perfectly workable. Regarding the ceiling fan, we apologize for the conflicting assessments from our maintenance team. Communication and consistency are important, and this is something we will address internally. Our cleaning standards absolutely include mopping all floors between stays, so we're disappointed to hear they did not meet expectations during your visit. We will follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure those standards are being consistently maintained. We appreciate your suggestions regarding bedroom storage as well. The space Is limited so we need to consider that for guests as well. Most importantly, we're happy to hear that your family had a wonderful time and would recommend the cabin to others.

All of our pools have the size listed, except this one for some reason. We are in the process of getting those dimensions and they will be added to the listing. We are glad you were able to figure out the wifi. We are not sure how or why this happened. We can only guess that our router was reset by the guest prior to you.

We are disappointed to see a 3-star rating without any written feedback, especially since the only items reported during the stay were two burned-out lightbulbs, which we promptly replaced, and a loose tile in the pool area that did move but did not create a safety hazard or affect the use of the space. We always appreciate the opportunity to address concerns during a stay and feel this rating does not reflect the overall condition or experience provided at the cabin.

Really tough rating for 2 minor issues. The guest experienced an issue with the microwave breaker which was addressed the morning after an evening report. The Wi-Fi, the service itself was working properly however the network showing as unsecured due to a provider technical issue, which was outside of our direct control. We always want our guests to have a smooth and enjoyable stay, and our team responds promptly whenever an issue is brought to our attention. While we are disappointed that two minor and quickly addressed concerns resulted in a 3-star rating, we appreciate the opportunity to respond and clarify the reason for such a poor rating.
