It was the perfect size for our group and located close to what we had planned to do. The house could have been cleaner, and downstairs bathroom door was broken. We did let the owner know. Who ask if we needed it fixed but we let him know it wasn't a problem for us. Trying to get my payment to go through was a bit of a problem but the owner was very patient and tried to help the best he could.

Pros: -The property is located in a very nice area very close to anything you would want to do.-Access to the on site pond is very nice and the atmosphere in the morning was very peaceful.-Plenty of parking availableCons:-No router, internet was not available. I was told several days later after that there was internet, however this was not the case during my stay.-When I arrived a majority of the doors and windows were unlocked and would have been easily opened from the outside.-Live bugs were found in several windowsills.-Online pictures need to be updated to show current furniture.-Both beds upstairs had broken base frames which would cause the bed to fall and shift during sleep-Both upstairs sinks had loose hardware which would cause the knobs to move instead of turning on water-Difficult to lock downstairs bathroom door-Automatic lights in bathrooms, while nice cannot be turned off fully from what I found.-HVAC filter missing-Fridge filter needed replacement, water would not dispense-Check in was delayed by 2 hours due to cleaning crew mix up, house was still not thoroughly cleaned.

The home had a strong musty urine smell upon entry.incorrect key code was provided three times.the staircase had loose flooring tripping hazard. The air conditioner return had a filter that was not installed and filled with black mold. There was a light hanging directly above the kitchen faucet too close to avoid potential electric shock. The dishwasher handle was broken. There was no ice or water dispense from refrigerator. There was a tripping hazard outside back door where loose boulders and asphalt was present. Strong gas propane smell outside. No hot water in upstairs main shower. No window coverings in downstairs bedroom. Recent water damage to kitchen floor and baseboards.
