This loved lakehouse has been our home for 25 years and we live here from May - October so we expect guests to treat it as if its their's too please, and not just a vacation rental property.

The house has comfortable furniture for lounging with plenty of storage and sunny work spaces including 2 full sized desks next to the open kitchen and dining area. The 3rd bedroom functions as a yoga / gym with an inversion table, massage table, free weights and yoga equipment.

Each of the 2 sleeping bedrooms have walk-in closets where you will find luxury linens including bamboo / cotton sheets, duvets, extra blankets and pillow choices and oversized, thirsty bathsheet towels. Deluxe bedding with sheepskin mattress pads on natural latex non-toxic mattresses which provide pressure-point-free restful sleeping in the king master bedroom and queen 2nd bedroom.

The new hottub on the back deck has landscaped privacy with lake and mountain views for relaxing anytime! Enjoy direct access the neighborhood's private walking / bike paths and lake side amenities with playgrounds and common areas. The house is just a 2 block / 2 minute walk to the neighborhood RFTA bus stop which services the entire valley from Aspen to Glenwood Springs.


Our property mananger will welcome you onsite and lives in the neighborhood for any issues that may arise during your extended stay. We are also available via messaging services. We have respectful, responsible staff that handles property management, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, mail service and ongoing business you may be lucky to cross paths with during your stay.
