This spacious 3 bedroom and 3-bathroom 2,600 square foot home has family-friendly amenities that will allow your stay to be relaxing and eventful! From the easy access to Ventura and East FWY, this spacious and outdoor home will certainly keep everyone entertained. Call it the prime Tarzana South of the Blvd. This home offers a gated four car driveway, privacy being of the utmost importance! From the spacious yard with a play set fit for the kids, while the adults play with the heated pool and spa, or even the BBQ pit, this home has so much to offer. The backyard also has a tennis table for all the guests to enjoy. The gazebo fits any California dream which offers two fire pits and plenty of seating to either have a glass of wine or even have smores with the kids. The home has an open concept feel with a dining area that seats six and a living room with a Smart TV. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom. The master bedroom accommodates a king-sized bed and a pullout sofa for extra sleeping arrangements, and closet space fit for royalty. The second bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and a gaming system that is fit for any guest. The third bedroom comes with two single-sized beds with their own suite bathroom and closet space. Come stay awhile to get away from the hustle and bustle, either from out of town, or a staycation!

Pool heating:

Spa heating is $59 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $199 per day each day you booked; 4-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat). The recommended temperature is
*89-96.
Please let us know what days and times you want the spa/pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay.

BBQ:

Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Keys:

Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.

Clickers:

Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker

This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.

UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days are booked, the utility bill portion will be prorated respectively with reference to a 30-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.
