Live the "Swede life" at Lake Tahoe in this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in the heart of Tahoe City. With an enchanting Swedish theme, filtered lake view, hot tub, and access to a private HOA beach and pier, this is one sweet home!
The central Tahoe City location provides easy access to Palisades ski resort, Tahoe City Nordic Center, shops, dining, and restaurants. Tahoe Sierra Estates private HOA beach and pier is literally just a 2 minute walk from the house and access is included in the rental rate. Boating, river rafting, hiking, biking, ziplining, fishing, and many other Tahoe adventures await nearby. In the mornings, indulge in luscious pastries and coffee specialties at the delightful Tahoe House bakery, less than a quarter mile away.
Enter on the top level to the open kitchen, living, and dining areas, and a King primary suite with full bathroom. The living room features a large, leather sectional couch and reclining chair, big TV, wood stove, wet bar, game table, and a huge variety of games. the fully-equipped kitchen provides everything needed to cook and enjoy meals with family and friends. A spacious deck offers a filtered lake view, dining and lounging furniture, and gas grill (available seasonally). The King primary bedroom has TV, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom which can also be accessed from the hallway.
Head downstairs to find 3 more bedrooms; 2 with Queen beds and 1 with a Queen bed and a Twin trundle bed. The largest bedroom also features a wood-burning stove to keep you cozy on chilly winter nights. Shared bathroom in hallway has double vanities and a combination tub / shower. Enjoy the filtered lake view while soaking in the bubbling hot tub, situated on the covered deck outside the largest bedroom.
