The main living area boasts 2 separate living room areas, each equipped with large cozy sofas and Smart TVs, ensuring ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the large dining table comfortably seats 16 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together.

Bedrooms:
This retreat offers 5 well-appointed bedrooms,2 on the main level and 3 upstairs & a bunk room with 2 Bunk beds. (Total of 3 Kings, 2 Queens & 4 double bunk beds)

Larger Groups:
If you have more than 16 guests or simply want more space,you have the option to reserve the spacious bonus room with a comfortable couch,Smart TV, Queen beds, and 2 double bunk beds, and a 2nd full size fridge. Accommodates up to 24 guests total.

The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a large deck overlooking the water where you can gather around the firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. Take our 4-person paddle boat for a relaxing cruise with family or friends, or paddle serenely along the shoreline in one of our 4 kayaks, each accompanied by life jackets for safety and peace of mind. Dock your boats with ease using the ample docking space provided, embark on a leisurely exploration of the lake's crystal-clear waters or enjoy a quick 3-minute boat ride to a shallow, kid-friendly sandbar for swimming and family fun.The large front yard invites friendly competitions for a variety of yard games.....SURF BOAT INFO-this channel is not deep enough to accomodate boats with a prop that cant be trimmed up..
