INNERHALB DER WOHNUNG

Grand Retreat befindet sich im zweiten Stock des The Grand-Gebäudes und erstreckt sich über eine Ebene, sodass Sie sich keine Sorgen um Treppen machen müssen. Es verfügt über eine große Master-Suite mit angeschlossenem Bad und geräumigem Kleiderschrank, ein Gästezimmer, ein komplettes Gäste-Badezimmer, stapelbare Waschmaschine / Trockner und komfortable Möbel.

Das Essen in der Küche ist ideal für Urlauber - es ist gut gefüllt und praktisch. Es gibt viel Ablagefläche und Schränke, alle wichtigen Geräte (einschließlich einer Müllpresse) sowie alles Geschirr und Kochgeschirr. Die Mittelinsel mit drei Barhockern eignet sich hervorragend für einen schnellen Happen oder um am Abend einen formellen Abendessen am Küchentisch zu genießen.


DER STANDORT

Grand Retreat befindet sich direkt im Herzen der Innenstadt von Grand Haven. Es gibt Restaurants, Cafés, Boutiquen, Spielzeugläden, Bars direkt vor der Tür. Das Feuerwerk, der musikalische Brunnen und Worship on the Waterfront sind alle im direkt am Wasser gelegenen Stadion zu finden. Der Kanal ist auch gleich dort und Sie können die Promenade ca. 800 m hinunter laufen, um den Leuchtturm und den Strand zu erkunden. Das Grand-Gebäude hat viel Geschichte und Charakter - es war einst ein Kino und wurde seitdem in die luxuriösen "Grand Theatre" umgewandelt.

Parken: Das Parken über Nacht ist vorrangig und befindet sich auf dem Stadtparkplatz hinter dem Gebäude. Sie müssen nächtliche Pässe für 5 USD / Nacht in der Stadt kaufen.

Very Clean, Close to everything!

This condo was close to everything and it was so clean! Although we dined out most of the time we were there because this condo is within walking to distance to great restaurants, the kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishware and cooking utensils. And we felt very safe in the secure building! We will definitely stay here again!

Location was great but no parking space was available and I got a parking ticket. Could not contact manager and no info on business hours or when you're allowed to contact manager.

Grand Haven Vacation

Second time staying this condo. It has always been first rate. Always clean. The unit has everything you need for a week's stay. The only issue we had was the key. There was supposed to be a set if keys inside the condo along with a set of keys from the outside lockbox. We only had the set from the outside lockbox. Nothing inside the unit. We managed, but the main entrance key was difficult to use. Needed several minutes of jiggling. The management company was not eager to help so we lived with it. I still highly recommend this place.

Perfect Location!

1 mile walk to the beach with restaurants and shopping very nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and past guests had left spices and some miscellaneous items to help stock the pantry. There were beach chairs in the closet, but you'll need to bring your own beach towels. We were able to access our Netflix account on the living room TV which was nice. There's no real view, but the balcony was still nice and proximity to attractions was more important to us.

Enjoyed our time in Gd Haven.. but disappointed the Homeowners do not allow even a gas grill on the deck. Minor issues that you may want to address : Plumbing for both toilets. Oven cleanliness. Overall, best location in Gd Haven..

Perfect Location - Terrible parking

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week during coast guard festival. The location is perfect for the festival. The carnival is right outside the door however the condo is quiet inside. Walking distance to the beach. The place is nice, clean and comfortable. The major downside is overnight parking. There are only about 10 spots for overnight parking close by. The rest are 3 hour. The spots are always taken by other guest, so once you get a spot you don't want to move your car or you probably won't get another one when you get back. You have to pay $5 a day for overnight parking which isn't bad, but you have to remember to get a ticket every day as they are single day passes. While on vacation, it is a lot to have to think about and deal with every day. We stayed for 3 days after the festival and overnight parking did not get any better. I also recommend bringing more bath towels. We were provided 4 bath towels for 4 adults for a week. Overall, if you don't need a car, I would recommend this condo, otherwise I would look for a place with a reserved space.

We talked with the renter after this review came through because we were shocked by the comments after having several interactions with them during their stay. The renter said he made a mistake and meant this review to be for another rental that they stayed in after ours. We tried to work with Homeaway to have the review amended and it could not be done. Please look at the previous reviews. This rental is beautiful and in a great spot!

Loved our visit! We will be back next year!

You can't beat the location! This condo is very high end and exceptionally clean. Everything you could possibly need and more is available. The owner and management company kept me informed on all I needed to know for a smooth check in. I love this condo and plan to rent it again next year. Favorite place I've stayed in Grand Haven over the past 10 years!

Impressive place
