Ski Gear Policy: All skis, snowboards, poles, and ski boots must remain in the designated storage area—no boots or equipment inside the living quarters.

Shoe-Free Home: Please remove outdoor shoes upon entering.

Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Strict Property Rules: No pets and strictly no smoking permitted in or around the property (forfeiture of deposit applies).
