Perfect for up to six guests, this home features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtfully arranged sleeping spaces.

The master bedroom offers a king bed and an en suite bathroom for your comfort and privacy, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed with a twin ...bunk aboveideal for family or friends. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Outside, enjoy a private oasis featuring a hot tub, outdoor bar, TV, and spacious living area for dining or lounging. Private dockage accommodates your boat or watercraft, making it easy to explore the pristine waters of the Atlantic or Gulf. After a day of adventure, relax in the hot tub, grill your fresh catch, or head to the exclusive Cabana Club to unwind by the pool, lounge on the private beach, or savor a cocktail at the bar.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

There is no smoking of any kind permitted at the property - inside or outside. If you are found to have been smoking there will be a fine of $500 &cost to remove all evidence of smoking. (This typically involves dry-cleaning of window treatments and bedspreads, shampooing the upholstery and carpets, and changing the air filters).

Max Occupancy: 6 (NO matter the age - this rule is set by the City of Key Colony Beach which states 1 person per 200 sqft - NO exceptions - this is not the same as sleeping)
